Subject: Complaint regarding an incomplete order and poor customer service I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to Mcdonald in Waterlooville on05/09/2023. I placed an order on Macdrive, a Big Mac Meal, a hamburger, a Diet Coke, and fries. Regrettably, there were significant issues with my order, particularly concerning the Diet Coke. Upon placing my order, I was informed that I could not purchase a Diet Coke separately due to a problem with your system. While I understand that technical issues may arise, I do not believe that it was an appropriate resolution to simply inform me of the problem without offering a satisfactory solution. As a customer, I should not be penalized for an error that was beyond my control. When I reached the payment counter, I requested assistance in addressing the issue with the Diet Coke. To my surprise and disappointment, I was informed that the system was still experiencing problems. Considering the inconvenience caused by this situation, I firmly believe that your staff should have made an effort to rectify the problem immediately. In my opinion, a more appropriate response would have been to offer me a Diet Coke as a gesture of goodwill, considering the inconvenience and frustration caused by the faulty system. Unfortunately, this did not occur, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer and dissatisfied with the level of service provided. As a loyal customer of your establishment, it is disheartening to experience such a breakdown in service. I have always appreciated the quality of your food and the overall experience at your restaurant, but this incident has left a negative impression.

Honestly. I live right next to the Waterlooville McDonald’s & try my absolute hardest to avoid it and drive to an alternative. Unfortunately with two young kids, this isn’t always possible. If you eat in, you are often waiting an hour for your ‘fast’ food. And when it comes- it will be cold. Drive through you will always need to park up and wait 10 minutes. One time I parked up and after 20 I went to ask what was going on and they said ‘your next’. 5 minutes later they came out and asked what I was waiting for. Whenever I have an interaction with this McDonald’s, my mood is ruined for the rest of the day. I once received a screwed up burger, I could help but laugh- it really would have taken some doing to get it in the state it was. I have also attached an image of a breakfast muffin (this is straight out the wrapper, untouched (by me)).

My order took longer than should have seen as the place was empty.should’ve known not to come back as last experience was just as dreadful with food being missing and stone cold. Staff are rude and ignorant. Maybe if they spent more time actually doing work and less time talking I would be a satisfied customer but this has put me off here for life.

Went here for some late night food and was greeted with lots of mess and a TAMPON next to the till. Ronald McDonald would roll in his grave!! We had a fantastic time (28 minutes in fact) waiting. Waiting and watching the orders placed after ours being fulfilled and watching those happy 😀 people leaving with there food. We also saw some sad 😡 faces as people returned with there incorrect orders but it kept us entertained until OUR order came. 28 minutes after placing the order we were a little disappointed 😤 when the food arrived as by now we were really hungry and when I asked why such a big delay I was told that it was because there was a big order that they were trying to fulfill!!!!! How BIG was an order that would take a fast food giant like #McDonalds 28 minutes to create?????? Also as we were patiently 🙄 waiting for our order they were dishing out the small orders after us so I asked why there food was being given out before our order was created and they said that is how they do it. So Big orders take priority over our order and small orders take priority over our order!!! I asked to speak to the manager!! Nikki (the manager) came to save the day 🦸but Nikki (the manager) was busy building the masterpiece that was going to be our breakfast so as you can imagine she was a little flustered because a medium sized order is quiet complex. She was not very happy and I calmly explained how we had been waiting for 28 minutes and I didn't feel this was acceptable. She then explained to me that there was a BIG order they were trying to get out! HOW BIG is this order????? I explained how this is not acceptable and that I am disgusted with this and she (Nikki the manager) walked away from me as I was still talking to her. I called her back pointing out how rude it is to walk away from a customer who payed 28 minutes ago, has patiently waited for there breakfast and was in the middle of talking to her as she walked away and I asked for head offices address. She said she can't give that out so she pointed out the web address if I would like to make a complaint. Well #McDonalds I would like to complain that 28 minutes for 4 McMuffins is unacceptable! They way I was treated was unacceptable! The lack of apology or compensation is unacceptable and the fact I have had to write this is unacceptable!!! Get...

Absolutely ridiculous, ordered over £50 worth of food via just eat we only received probably £20 worth of food as all of the other food was missing we called up McDonald’s and we contacted just eat and the “manager” of McDonald’s was extremely rude McDonald’s are the ones who pack the food in the first place so it was there mistake I have worked at McDonald’s before in a different area and I know you are meant to check the receipt and the food in the bag it’s one thing to miss one or two items it’s another thing to miss half the order. The chips was cold and a bit soggy and the burger was cold and the food was only coming from 10mins away the food should have not of been that cold that quick I know from when I have driven McDonald’s home it is still hot… we re ordered the missing items and we placed another order for drinks as we forgot to order drinks we have been waiting for over an hour for drinks as we done them in a separate order and then re ordered our missing items and we called McDonald’s up just to let them know like to not miss our food again and the manager was again extremely rude and we asked if someone is above her whom we can speak with and she said yeah but they aren’t available now and then hung up… this isn’t the first incident we have had with this McDonald’s and I am going to write the next one up too as it happend a couple of months back when I drove there and we ate in I brushed it off but it seems like this is a re...
