I donāt usually leave reviews, but my recent visit to Dominoās Borehamwood genuinely stood out and left me smiling for the rest of the day.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming ā not just in the usual āsmile at the customerā way, but in a genuinely warm and friendly manner. One of the staff members, in particular, was truly inspirational. They werenāt just taking orders and handing out pizzas; they had this amazing energy and positive attitude that made the whole interaction feel personal. They remembered my name, cracked a few jokes, and somehow managed to turn what could have been a standard pizza pickup into one of the highlights of my day.
Itās rare to come across someone who clearly enjoys their job and cares about making others feel good, even in the smallest interactions. Watching the way they worked ā balancing speed, attention to detail, and genuine kindness ā was honestly inspiring. It reminded me how much of a difference a good attitude can make, no matter what role youāre in.
And, of course, the pizza was delicious as always ā piping hot, perfectly topped, and exactly how I ordered it. But it was that personal touch from the staff member that made this visit memorable.
Huge thanks to the Dominoās Borehamwood team, and especially to the amazing worker who made my day. People like that are rare, and they deserve recognition. Iāll definitely be coming back ā not just for the pizza, but for the positivity...

I placed an order, once me and my friends realised it tasted off and was undercooked we called the branch to return the food for a refund. The manager who supposedly is called (Sunny) I say supposedly because he was reluctant to tell me his name when I asked. The manager said if you leave only one slice then I canāt refund you and I said donāt worry thereās half of the pizza left and one box of the wedges are untouched.
The dominoās driver came to pick up the food and said he needed to call his manager to find out what to do. After having spoken to the manager he said āmy manager said he will process the refundā and he took the remainder of the food.
2 days later, i call the manager to find out about the processing of the refund and he says āyou donāt get no refundā and I said I would like to make a complaint and he started saying go to the police station or something along those lines. I was baffled
I strongly advise you to save your money and order food elsewhere. A message to the owner of franchise - I strongly advise you to give Mr Sunny some tips and training on how to communicate with customers politely as he is going to ruin the reputation of...

Most of my orders have been incorrect which has become very frustrating. I used to be a regular customer up until recently.
When I have called the restaurant up the man who had answered had been ever so rude and accused me of lying as well as hanging up the phone on me.
Even when replacements have been sent they have used ever so little dough making the food fall apart. Sometimes replacements are not sent and they just say they will give me something free next time but never give me a code to redeem it. In which I am not believed when trying to receive the free item next time.
List of messed up orders: ⢠I had found cardboard in my pizza ⢠Found a hair in the pizza ⢠There was no cheese crust when I paid for it ⢠I had tomato base and my partner had bbq base when it was supposed to be he other way round ⢠I had jalapeƱos on my pizza which I canāt stand spicy food ⢠I was given the wrong drinks which has happened a DOZEN of times ⢠Sides have been missing a FEW times
