Burgerfy — Restaurant in High Peak

Absolutely amazing burger place!

Had our first burgers and desserts last night, and will definitely be coming back... again and again and again! 😊

Customer service: excellent, staff with a great positive attitude, knowledgeable and professional Menu: amazing, you get the basics (classic burgers) as well as smashed burgers, you can have additional toppings if you wish, fries portions very generous and taste exactly like McDonald's. Taste of food: delicious, the beef is so good, particularly on the smashed burgers but our friend who had the classic beef burger also loved her patty and gave it 5/5. (perhaps just slightly a bit saltier than we expected) Packaging: good, simple, I loved the branded stickers.

Dessert was delicious, my friend and I had the banoffee crepe - it was fresh, hot, and rich.

Pricing is good for what's on offer, I'd say Burgerfy can be a direct competitor with Archie's. In my eyes, having tried Archie's as well, I would rather have a meal from Burgerfy any day.

An amazing burger place in Glossop, I highly recommend it !

Update 6th July (I also added new photos😊) - this time we tried the Mixed Original and, just like other reviewers mentioned, the chicken was crispy on the outside but juicy inside. So far it's been the best burger we've tried, doesn't even compare with McDonald's or any other...

First time ordering here, using their website. Ordering was fine, the website giving plenty of options to add or take off items from your burger, plus time slots for collection. I ordered a Bacon'd Up without salad or sauce, Clucking Spicy, curly fries and normal fries coming in at £26 - so the expectation was we'd be getting a good quality meal.

Went to collect and had my order repeated back to me. Had to wait a while as the order wasn't ready, which was fine and I actually thought that meant the food would be fresh and tasty.

Getting home and the Bacon'd Up had salad and sauce which meant going back to Burgerfy. The owner took my partner outside to ask what was wrong with the burger and talked about having good reviews and this being the first time there was an issue.

The redone burgers weren't great to be honest. The bacon burger greasy, chicken burger was wet with no crisp to the coating at all, and the brioche buns were flat as pancakes.

Very disappointing considering the price, the very simple order we put in, and the odd (slightly unnerving) way the complaint was dealt with, outside rather than in the store.

Initially I thought the reviews of this place must have been far-fetched but I too can confirm it is one of the best burgers I've had. The picture doesn't do the quality justice, it looks soggy but that's because it's fully loaded! (Who cares if it's messy when it tastes so good) I went for Mixed Spicy so I could try the beef and chicken. I don't usually love a beef burger but this patty wasn't too thick and wasn't dry either. The chicken was also perfectly crispy on the outside but juicy inside. The house special sauce on it topped it all off making it a real taste sensation! Not to forget the crispy style fries are definitely the best of any takeaway in the area, similar to burger king - no soggy bendy fries here! Even though I was full I just couldn't stop eating them.
