Rude & judgenmental! The whole time I spent in this place was weird. I have health conditions and need to know if the food contains nuts, dairy or gluten. The comments of the gentleman was just out of being on another planet! And I am not talking about the inappropirate comments on top of it! It was not only me, the person serving was even making comments on other people at other tables. One of them was talking about a lady being pregnant. So we congratulated her! The lady said she was not! Poor lady she was overweight and looked being in tears about this comment. Not to mention the lack of hygiene. The hands of the gent were dirty. My friends also had health issues and asked about gluten free dishes and dairy free alternatives. The gent answered" are you American or Chinese"? This clearly did not answer the question and there was no need for that. Then our orders were messed up. We did not not receive what we ordered and had to content with it! I asked for the Pitta bread to go with my dish. It never came. Just was glad to leave and not getting sick to be honnest. Would...

Sausage, egg, chips and beans was very greasy, me and my girlfriend both got a milkshake which were just a few scoops of ice cream put in a glass and microwaved till almost melted (absolute joke for £3), panini was extremely dry and very small. I am pretty sure I’ve had an allergic reaction to the sausages from there, I asked what kind of sausages they were and all I got was a joke saying it’s elephant meat. I understand the owner wants to be funny and make good relationships with his customers but maybe your 1st step should be stop ripping them off. We added up the price of our food which was around £17 and when we asked to pay the fella thought about the price to himself and then told us it was £20 (same as he told the customers paying behind us who ended up falling for his tactic of getting more money out of people). You have prices on your food for a reason, maybe write the orders down and add the price up before you...

Came today for food whilst visiting family. I ordered eggs and toast, an omelette with just sausage, and a jacket potato with bacon. My omelette came with tomatoes, mushrooms and cheese. I said sorry but I asked for just omelette with sausage. They remade it but it still had tomatoes and mushrooms. I ate it but removed them all. My daughter’s egg and toast didn’t come. The staff there were very rude. They were laughing at us and talking about us. I said that the egg and toast hadn’t arrived and they didn’t apologise they just said that they were children so I shouldn’t be annoyed. The owner said he got confused with the order, even though he wrote it down. If you go here make sure he knows your order. I wouldn’t go back. I would give 0 out of...

The image is of the ‘mini mezze’ so you can imagine what the full-size one would be like! Came across this small, quirky (in a good way) bistro by accident and was very impressed. From the banter between the owner and his regulars, it is obviously well-liked and rightly so. When I asked if the toilet was downstairs, he told me I would need 5 £ coins. This gives you a measure of his humour!

We came here for lunch before going out for a walk around new mills. I ordered the scampi and chips which was very nice with homemade chips and my partner had the jacket potato with beans and cheese both meals were nice and good portion sizes. We both had a 7up and a cup of tea and the total bill was £20. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Went in not expecting anything more than the usual cafe to get some lunch and ended up having the most amazing Arabic coffee ☕ and a delicious Mezze sharing plate, served by very welcoming staff. Think I've found a new coffee spot.
