I have been into the cafe this morning and I am feeling very disappointed with the lady who works with Debbie I was clearly next to be served and my partner came in after me(unknowingly to the assistant of Debbie’s) she told me to wait and asked my partner what he wanted and totally snubbed me to serve him) which backfired when he made it clear he had come into the cafe after me and that she was rude to me and we couldn’t understand why she snubbed me! I binned the sandwich as I lost my appetite. I’ll not be able to purchase anything from there again which I did daily over delivery we are going elsewhere after the disgusting service! I would like to add that Debbie is fantastic and provides an excellent service it’s a shame her Saturday assistant needs to lay off the bubbles and get some customer service training!! Rude is an...

The food is absolutely bang on every single time — there really aren’t enough words to describe how amazing it is.

The service is always spot on; you just can’t fault it. All the staff are so lovely, friendly, and always go above and beyond for their customers.

Been ordering from here for years. The girl delivery driver always great. Ordered today was told it would be an hour which was fine to wait. Rang back after an hour and 20 and was told he was leaving. Waited again. Rang up to say it’s been nearly two hours ( checked my call log) to be told if you don’t want it just don’t have it tell the driver. rude response will never order again .
