Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Horsham

The staff turnover is very low, so I assume by this fact and also that the Batista's always seem in great spirits and our always so kind patient and welcoming to me and remember what has been going on in my life ect, as I do theirs but I don't serve hundreds of guests daily as they do !. The coffee is great it's my second favourite after Starbucks in taste I always just Have a black Americano as I have a ketogenic lifestyle, something they always remember. And always add Ice to my coffee without me having to ask anymore, as I'm supper sensitive to heat, the two staff members I always talk to and remember are a lady with short trendy dyed red hair , and a guy who looks a bit like Tyler Posey from teen wolf lol. As for the actual coffee shop itself , it's ALWAYS clean, cosy comfortable seating especially if you get a sofa. AND THE BEST PART FOR ME IS THAT THEY ALLOW DOGS SO I CAN BRING MY LITTLE...

One of my favourite coffee places in Horsham recently 😊 service is so fast, staff are always smiling (even with me being the annoying customer ordering a strawberry milkshake during peak hours) and there's always a spot to sit. Classic coffee shop atmosphere with well spaced tables and cosy lighting. Every coffee and cookie that I've tried here has been delicious, and it's great to have somewhere that will actually give you a glass if you order a cold drink to "have in"! instead of wasting plastic like so many other places. Only thing I'd like is more vegan hot food / sandwich options to go with the great bakery treats so I could enjoy a full...

I don’t know what’s happened here. It used to be a reliable place for a good coffee. Recently I’ve had bitter overly hot coffees. Either change your beans or retrain the baristas. There are too many other places in Horsham that know how to make a good coffee so unless it improves here it won’t be busy for long.

Update November 2025. Still as bad as ever. Don’t know why I tried this cafe again . My wife ordered oat milk mocha with no cream that was made with cream. When told the “barista “ just scraped the cream off and served the same drink. Awful training or lack of awareness. Dirty tables and piles of uncleared cups...
