Greggs — Restaurant in Horsham

Really disappointed as every time I have been in to get sausage roll it’s always stone cold and definitely not freshly baked as advertised!!! Such a shame as I love greggs sausage rolls and have never had a problem at any other one but this one is always the same-I’ve been in early at 7:30 in morning and then later in day and always the same-cold!! A couple staff are good, the rest useless and barely able to communicate. I usually order chicken and a steak bake, chicken is usually good or stone cold and sickening, steak bakes are so hot I have genuinely burned my entire mouth on several occasions. Today I got two steak bakes, both stone cold and upon complaining I was told the rest of the food on the counter was cold too so I couldn’t exchange. Very 50/50 store, some days are okay,...

The staff here are very friendly, and the service is quick without making you feel hurried. Our food came out fast......
