I recently visited Kaspa’s for a takeaway treat, and I was blown away by how good everything was! I ordered the Pistachio Kunafa Dough, White Bueno Dough, and Ferrero Dough — and each one was absolutely divine.

The Pistachio Kunafa Dough was especially unique — crispy on the outside with that perfect nutty, rich pistachio flavor balanced by sweet creaminess. The White Bueno Dough was melt-in-your-mouth good, with a smooth white chocolate filling that felt indulgent but not too heavy. And the Ferrero Dough? Pure chocolatey heaven. If you’re a fan of Ferrero Rocher, this one’s a must — rich, nutty, and deliciously gooey.

I’ve been standing here for over 20 minutes just waiting for an order. After 17 minutes 39 seconds, staff casually asked me what the order number was — like seriously? No communication, no updates, nothing. They don’t even bother acknowledging delivery drivers, as if our time has no value.

What they forget is this: the customer is also waiting. If drivers are left hanging, customers suffer too. Instead of looking up and managing orders properly, staff just keep their heads down, completely ignoring us.

This is not just unprofessional — it’s disrespectful. Delivery drivers are part of the customer experience, and treating us like we don’t matter only damages the restaurant’s reputation.
