Absolutely disgusted by the service I recieved with my friends on Friday night. Chose to have a curry and a few beers for a friends stag do and decided to come here as one of the friends has had good takeaways previously. Sat down and were offered drinks very quickly but then waited a further FOURTY FIVE minutes before any food order was taken. We then waited for nearly AN HOUR AND A HALF for our food to be served. In that time countless takeaways were walked past us and we kept being offered lager when all we wanted was food. Things only happened when my friend threatened to get up and walk out. To be charged £200 for four people to have a very ordinary curry was quite a shock and we were offered £10 off the bill by way of an apology. If you can't cope with the amount of customers/orders you've taken on, don't take on more. Do yourself a favour and go to Rajkumar instead where the staff are wonderful and the curry is superb!
Having seen your response I'm amazed that you are suggesting that I'm looking for freebies! An apology would have sufficed. I wouldn't come back if YOU paid ME to. I have ordered from this restaurant regularly lately for my mum in a local Horsham care home. I often have a treat with her when I visit once a week , once every 2 weeks. Lately mum has fancied a few curries a week from here.
The food is always quick , hot, delicious , perfectly cooked great portion sizes and delightful in every way. I highly recommend the lamb Jalfrezi I tried for the first time tonight - amazing! I've had a few jalfrezis - this has got to be my favourite :)
My mum adores the lamb Rogan Josh - she is addicted! It always gives her a break from the care home dinners ( as good quality as they are ) it's a little treat for her , and helps her forget about her environment for a while , and not being in her own home anymore.
I can not reccomend this place to you highly enough - I reccomend them to you unreservedly

Put in a takeaway request here a few weeks back, arrived at the required time to pick the order up and it quickly appeared the order hadn't been started. I didn't mind waiting so sat down, 20minutes later i'm still waiting for my order. A Deliveroo courier arrives and is served, we politely ask about our order as it's now 25minutes of waiting and the server mumbles something at us, turns his back and walks off. We finally get the takeaway order after 30minutes waiting from the same server, I asked about the wait and was completely blanked as he explained the contents of the order. Really disappointed in the customer service as i've used these guys before and the food is pretty good but this experience has majorly put me off...
