Food Wasn't too bad but when we walked in the door the waiter gave us a dirty look. So much so that we asked if they didn't want us in there. To which he said he wasn't sure what we wanted hence the funny look. Strange considering they are a dining establishment and it was around lunch time. Once we sat down we were still made to feel a bit unwelcome (whether my partner being Indian was the cause is unknown but they were lovely to the white customers at the table next to ours) it was only once we had ordered our food that they began to be polite. Awful customer service, very rude staff. Mediocre food, much better curry houses close by. Was offered a free meal due to being made to wait for a takeaway in the restaurant for 45 minutes and found that when we got home one meal was completely wrong. When we asked to have our free meal we were refused as apparently was not on the system due to being a few months ago (other curry houses have assured us this would not be the case). Was offered 10% discount which everybody gets when they pick up a takeaway and had the phone put down on us....

Went here last night what shame, as I have been here before and it was great. BUT last night the chicken was very tough to eat and watery it tasted like it had been defrosted quickly and not given enough time to cook. Very very disappointed it was Sunday and not that busy why why did you not cook this meal correctly now I will not be back again and that's down the the chef who must of known he was rushing this and sending out badly cooked food.
