If you ever get your food it's not that bad but holy christ it is irritating to deal with these guys. I'm not sure if they don't speak English well or they are drunk, but simple words do not get through to them. I ordered a pizza and the guy on the phone asked for my card number, gave him the card number, heard boggled English and the phone hung up. Pretty sure there is more information to complete an order. I placed an order online instead due to the lack of English and I called to cancel the first (attempted) order. The man couldn't understand what I was saying at all. Simple words, "cancel. first. order. of. medium. pepperoni." and asked him to NOT delete the online order. He was pretty confused. I asked him to repeat what I said, he repeated it, we said ok, then hung up the phone. My lack of faith in their abilities were tingling like the spidey senses and boy was I right. Looked at the online tracker and low and behold, it didn't exist anymore. Tried to call them at 1058 when I noticed it wasn't there and no answer.
So, moral of this story. If you want mediocre pizza from Domino's and be left guessing on if your order was even placed. This branch exceeds those expectations.
P.S. English shouldn't be so hard to understand in... England. Either have someone on the phone who can comprehend it or try harder to understand what we're saying. "pepperoni pizza" is pretty damn simple...

Nope they forget some of our order again, ring them for the lad to question me to see if I’m sure, like I’m making it up. Asked to speak to the supervisor who was just as useless and past me back to the young lad (who said ‘she’ the supervisor doesn’t speak good English). He did say they can redo the whole order and for me to give back what was delivered (which I gave to the lovely delivery driver) Then I’ve asked if we drive down to get it would it be quicker to get the answer ‘I dunno probably’. So my partner drove down to collect the whole order for the lad to say no only what was forgotten 🤦🏽♀️ It’s like speaking to dumb and dumber. No apologies either. Absolutely disgusting!! With that attitude I’m shocked you’re still in business. Real shame as never had an issue...

It was late at night when I realized I am missing the ice cream so I called the next day. Turns out it was too late. She told me that I need to call straight away, otherwise I have no proof.
