Pizza Perfection & Kebab — Restaurant in Huntingdonshire

Bad experience. We placed an order last night on just eat as it said it was open to 11pm on justeat and their website. We placed it around half 10pm and they did not confirm so we called and the rude man on the phone said they are not serving anymore so we cancelled but it still look our money so we called them again to explain our money has been taken but they were still rude on the phone and said they had finished early for the night and they can't help. This caused me alot of stress and I'm out of pocket trying to get the money back with justeat. Bad/rude service and false times on justeat and there website. Never will buy anything from here again....

Asked for a mixed kebab well grilled specifically. The woman indicated yes I understood. Checked it when I walked out the shop as I had the feeling I was dealing with morons. Low and behold it was not well grilled. So I went back in and told them. His answer was I have, I said its not done enough, he then pointed to the grill as if he couldn't grill it for some reason. He apologized but if you can't handle such a simple request, it is annoying. I wasn't asking him to perform brain surgery.

All in all, gormless staff who can barely understand English. Don't bother wasting your money.

Disappointed with the service. Placed an order for 20 people and make sure to engage with them to decide on what food and how to be delivered etc...kept phoning them to check all was fine, but when the food turned up, one curry wasn't delivered and they didnt even bother telling me. Rice was basic when was expecting a different style, and they didn't provide the food they said. The one curry they provided was all super oily, and not dry as expected, when had made request to make food dry and less oily. Really disappointed...
