I then seen the same lad questioning my colleague who's food I paid for so I went over & heard him say if you can't show me a reciept you cannot take the food which was highly embarrassing when there was other customers stood about so my colleague raised his voice an told him keep the food and money & walked out to which I went to the lad & asked for the reciept which I got attitude & I had to say am a paying customer here I just want the reciept & once I had I left the shop what a disgusting service we had after the young lady was so nice making sure we had hot fries as requested before the lad butted in.!!!! Read moreThe restaurant was very clean. The condiments were all full and again the surface was clean. We needed 2 high chairs which again were clean with a bib and baby wipe on the tray, which i thought was helpful. The sides of the highchair were also clean as normally when i have used restaurant highchairs thats the spot that's been missed. The lady on the till was friendly and polite and took our order with out any trouble. The food was hot and tasty. The staff member even warned us about the childrens meals being hot. Whilst waiting on our food another staff member brought the children colouring sheets and crayons, she was lovely chatting with them too. On leaving we asked if they had any balloons. The lady ( i believe she was a manager from her uniform) brought out a box of balloons and asked the children if they wanted to choose. Again she was very child friendly, gave them all a balloon and wished the birthday girl a...

Some of their staff are lovely, but the “apply today, start tomorrow” posters make me think they’re skipping over a lot of crucial training. There are some lovely people don’t get me wrong, but unfortunately a lot of your staff are letting...
