Taco Bell — Restaurant in Huntington

The restraint was clean and their was excellent customer service. However, the food wasn't very nice to be honest. The tacos weren't special; standard tacos shell standard beef and some lettuce. The Mexican fries where on first impression differently nice but after a few more, the sickly powdered cheese on them made them unable to eat personally. I also got cheesy fries desperately to try and although there was plenty of cheese, the cheese was disgusting, DISGUSTING. It was plastic cheese often found on a burger melted with a dollop of tasteless sour cream. Note to self don't get anything with "cheese" on again. On the up side there was bottomless soft drinks! That watered down the foul taste of the cheese you fries. The churros where... alright even though they are traditionally Spanish and taco bell is Mexican. In conclusion, I would give more stars due to a good atmosphere however the disappointing food let it down a lot. I expected good things but in the end I reached an anticlimactic solution. Go to taco bell but only if you like these very Americanly...

Was really looking forward to my first Taco Bell. On arrival the restaurant looked pretty dirty. The floor was disgusting and the empty tables were dirty. Didn't seem to be any staff cleaning. Ordered our food (2 Big Bell boxes) and the girl on the till was pleasant and helpful. We waited around 10 minutes for our food. When the order was ready I was told which taco was which. I had to ask for the churros and the dips we had ordered as they were not on the tray. Ate our tacos first which were nice and then my boyfriend started his burrito. After 2 mouthfuls he realised that he had my chicken one and I had his pork one. So we swapped as I don't like pork, a bit disappointed that mine was now part eaten! We did both enjoy our food but having to tell the servers what was missing from the order and then getting the wrong burritos was quite disappointing. There really should be some labelling on the packaging to indicate what the item is. Visited a second time, the place was still dirty and we had to wait about 25 minutes for food but at least the orders were...

I won't lie, I read a few reviews from google and it doesn't look like this place went down too well, especially in the 1st month it opened.

HOWEVER.............. I went in, with the family, and got served straight away, no messing around. Woman on reception was friendly and smiled. The atmosphere in the place was good, music was just the right volume. Food came out very fast. Food was just the right temperature and portion sizes matched the reasonable prices.

I think may be the negative reviews are slightly over the top and not a true reflection on this place, certainly not from our visit (and I'm not exactly a food critic) I usually review a business on 5 key points. 1 Stars for TASTE 1 Star for SERVICE 1 Star for PRICE 1 Star for ATMOSPHERE 1 Star for CLEANLINESS

I think a lot of people who leave 1 star reviews forget that there's FIVE to choose from. Most choose 5 or 1, and forget the other 3 in-between. The second something isn't good, they will jump straight onto the 1 star band wagon
