Bar Twenty One — Restaurant in Ipswich

I went on a Thursday night before bank holiday weekend, it was my first night out in a very long time so a lot has changed in the town. This bar is by far the best bar in town at the moment though. We went to a few others to have a look around and ended up back here. Such a nice vibe everyone just enjoying themselves, no troubles or dramas and the music is just amazing. Also the staff were all pleasant and we were served quickly everytime we went to the bar. Always wanted a place I can go to with all the oldschool bangers and this is exactly that. Drinks fairly priced. So impressed 👏 makes me want to go out more...

Have been here a few times before on a night out and never really had an issue, the music is good and so is the service however when we went last night it was genuinely shocking how many people were in there. You could not move to the point people were having to roughly push others to actually get anywhere causing drinks to be spilled and i actually have a few bruises from peoples elbows. It felt so cramped and claustrophobic we ended up leaving, i don't know what the capacity is however if there was an emergency or a fire evacuation i genuinely think so many people would be injured...

Wouldn’t bother wasting your money, much better bars and places in Ipswich,

Operate an over 21 policy due to ‘licence conditions’ when they can be arsed, Asked for the calorie information of some products - none existent. Surely these points are a basic 101 of managing a business these days. Makes me wonder what other legality/safety aspects has been skipped.
