Bella Napoli Express — Restaurant in Ipswich

Amazing place as soon as you walk in ypu can smell the food at it smells delicious. There is so much variety I seating. The place is great. It may be busy but the service is pretty quick and when they come out they are welcoming and kind. As soon as our food came the smell was magnificent and the taste was even better. The food was fresh and delicious I recommend the Latio pizza. The garlic bread was great too. Lots of food options on the menu and also lots of drink options. The food was good and im so glad I went there. The atmosphere was beautiful and had great and matching decor. The lights were pretty a nice view the floor tiles ere nice the chairs were very comfortable overall looks great.Now some bathrooms in restraunts aren't that sanitary and clean but this place was. The bathroom was clean and the mirror was gorgeous no paper scattered on the floor sofa dispenser filled water nice and clean toilet. Overall good place. DEFINITELY recommend if you like Italian and if you don't I wouldn't recommend as much but still recommend it. Definitely come here it is...

I have been going to this place at least once a month for just over a year now and today is the day I draw a line and never return.

I used to be able to put up with them constantly getting my order muddled up and never grasping the basic principles of receiving 3 orders from one person, but then I found hairs. Not once but 3 times, in chips, the pasta... whatever the cooked for me they seemed to lob a pube in there for good measure. Colleagues in the office have also found hairs too. Inspite of this, today, for the first time in a month or so, I returned there to order some chips to be picked up in 5-10 minutes. When I came back in I passed the bloke behind me in the queue leaving with his chips and pasta, only to find they hadn't got any chips for me.

The biggest problem is they have never apologised for any of the issues I have had - although they do offer to replace anything.

I can't be bothered with it anymore - there are some very competitively priced cafe's near by or I'll go pick food out the bins... ANYTHING but going back...

Not been funny about.... Asked for capers and the guy told no one likes them around here...so remind him that capers are the basic to a Napoletana Pizza.... Apart from that pizza baked in a tray not stone baked the dough itself screamed for help means they cook it direct from the fridge again a major sin in pizza making.... Don't want upset anyone who loves this place but myself I will never come back here....belowpar out of 10 I give 4 because if the owner is from Naples then he is just pure business minded feel sorry for all patrons.... Myself a pizza maker since 14 years old now 52 and belive me you have no idea.... Come in Woodbridge at the Angel pub famous for his Gin I am there every weekend Friday and Saturday WOOD FIRE OVEN 44 TO 58 SECONDS TO COOK at 450c then only then you can say MAMMA MIA .... I don't do this for publicity but only for those who love real...
