Please read before purchasing: Terrible experience. Rude service, unhelpful and awkward with selecting toppings, speaking in native language while banging about after taking order, cannot pay cash, poor end product served pretty much luke warm at best. Having ordered around 45-60 minutes ago, the Indian speaking male server working tonight should be fired. Look at the picture (toppings completely missing having only pepperoni and italian sausage on mine, no triple cheese and tuna)
Just walked in to order two pizzas. Current offer is large pizza for £10 so I opted for the create your own option with 4 toppings. We all have our own preferences regarding toppings but here was my order:
Pizza 1: Pineapple Onion Sweetcorn Italian Sausage
Pizza 2: Pepperoni x 2 (changed to single pepperoni and italian sausage as I was being repeatedly told the price for both will be £25 instead of £20 in a sulky, irrate, insubordinate tone - rather than simply explain you cannot have a double topping in the deal which does not make sense at all) Triple Cheese Tuna
Look at the picture of pizza 2. This is not a joke. I even overhead the moron saying something along the lines of only 2 pieces of pepperoni while his colleague was making the pizza which as you can see, several slices barely have 1 piece. Both pizzas completely substandard but nowhere near as substandard as the imbecile taking the orders. Sack this person because he is not worthy to even serve pizzas. Two people even walked out after a brief conversation with said person, it is definitely costing the company money. Look at the reviews. Sort it out or close up...
Read moreI would like to let you know how disappointed I am with the service from this specific branch. On 07th of February we ordered a few pizzas, would be our first time since we moved to Ipswich, we are old customers from Enfield. After around 50 minutes we received a call explaining that our order would be cancelled because of the weather conditions, and we could redeem for free the same order as the day it suited us best because of the time that took for them to do the cancellation, about 50 minutes. I was advised to give them a date of the cancellation and call from the same telephone number to ensure that they could find my details to redeem my free pizzas. However I tried today, calling the same number that I received from them which was the same number they called me about the cancellation and they lied saying that they couldn't find my number on their system. Its a huge lie because I ordered it in the first place online so I have the proof of my order and also my telephone number has been always the same, inclusive is the number on my Papa John's account. So we are profoundly disappointed with the lack of promise that they had with us, I would never ask for free pizza, it was offered for us as courtesy because of the time that took to cancel our order, but they weren't able to keep their promise. We will for sure miss having Papa John's pizza, but unfortunately they lost...

I live spitting distance from this restaurant and still recieved a pizza crust adorned with some cold tomato sauce and cheese, when I asked for a return the manager (Nitty) agreed and conveniently sent a delivery guy that couldn't speak English (unlike the original guy who was very friendly) To take it back.
To top it off after a back and forth, that took weeks, with the manager "Nitty Parrot" promising a refund. When this didn't arrive (after promises it was pending) I visited the restaurant to find there's apparently no refund policy and all refunds are directed to their management. The aforementioned "flea bird" happened to be on holiday.

Edit to add- apparently on Fridays they're short staffed so it's OK to have long waits- which is fine! But when asked whether that meant pizzas sat around for an hour he laughed it off. I can't beguile this fool's franchise enough

Edit-papa johns kindly responded to my review offering their apologies and a voucher for a free pizza. Thus leaving me in the same situation the manager tried to. Ordering more food from this awful restaurant.
I sincerely suggest, if not ordering from all Papa John's, at least avoid this one.
Or do it to improve your experience from literally every other...
