Perhaps my expectations were raised by the very positive online reviews, but I was really disappointed in almost everything. The presentation and packaging was hugely impressive; the contents less so. Apart from the meal being, at best, lukewarm, which was odd, because it was delivered within 30 minutes of my order. The bolognese pot was tasteless and the £2.50 I had invested in chicken was a mistake. The half a dozen strips of processed poulet were totally lacking in both texture and taste. The Mozzarella garlic bread was an absolute disaster. Apart from the fact you had to get your microscope out to see the Mozzarella, the bread appeared to have been kept warm for hours; it was dried out and tasted of cardboard.
