I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer care and zero professionalism of this restaurant. The resturant is on delivery woo but when you place an order the order is rejected 2 hours later. I contacted customer service via the phone number on the restaurants website and the lady told me they are no longer on delivery woo. She told me I could send my order via what’s app. I did so immediately and then she disappeared from what’s app from 3pm til 11pm when she now just sent an apology saying Covid 19 is affecting their business. How does Covid 19 stop you from communicating with a customer about an order they placed? Upon letting her know my disappointment she didn’t respond. The whole point of ordering a take away is to have it delivered to you. If for any reason they can’t meet the demand of orders honesty is the best policy. I’m an advocate of supporting African businesses but poor service is poor service. Please do better! P/s I have still never heard from the lady and no one bothered to rectify the issue...

Well, not eating this if I lived in town I would have returned it how can chicken and rice be so hard nowadays would have loved to have this as a option for recommendations but safe to say 26 GBP it's 2 hours work for some people just to get below standard rice and magic meat in a microwave plate . Inflation ain't that bad. To be heated in the fully working kitchen with I assume a fully working cooker and charge so much very confusing...
Read moreI called this company today at 13:39 and I was asked to check menu on WhatsApp and I chose from the catalog two items fish stew and fried rice and called the restaurant to ask the price and total as the fried rice did not display a price. I was shocked by the response I received, this person started shouting at me that she did not have time for and I was causing her confusion and confusion n the end cut the call on me before I could finish explaining.
