Approachable and attentive staff who are well-trained and take care in the finer fetails when the bar is quiet enough to allow them. The music is the best in town, especially on a Tuesday night at Joe's Rabble Disco and on Thursdays when Ann serves her finest selection of Soul records. The people who run the place care about the music, the customers and the atmosphere greatly and it's just the place to go to forget about the rest of the world and get lost in wonderfully random conversations with a stranger. Also, take a venture up the stairs to the wee room on the week nights for the most eclectic selection of culture, counter-culture and agriculture. Simply the best bar, cafe and venue in town. I love the decor and ambience of this bar. Usually I visit for music seisun on Sunday as the musicians are excellent. What really brings this bar down quite badly is the bar staff. The staff lack any self awareness or even awareness of the customers. They seem to have struggled to keep good staff which leaves a frustrating experience watching staff chat unconcerned that the the bar is full of people waiting to be served. This has been such a character of this bar it is now a local joke. The other area which needs addressing is the toilets. Seriously! In this day and age it really isn't acceptable. All in all a great bar, great craic but the running of the bar is not up...

Sandinos is a relaxed environment for drinking with friends. Always quiet enough for a conversation during the day and early night, and when the music kick in it is great. Staff are always great too! Their club up stairs is fantastic! Not too big and intimidating, music is always brilliant and enjoyable, easy to dance to. Every time I have ever had a night out up there it has been a fantastic night and one I enjoyed. Always guaranteed to have a good night...
