I have never had worse customer service in my life and from a manager too. The only reason the got a star was so I could leave this review. . Food was horrible. And the resolve was even worst.. I requested to be put on to the owner as the manager has no customer service skills. And they put me on to a delivery driver who had nothing to do with the order.. Aha where is that going to get me. . I don't even think they where listening to what I was saying and then they just started making things up between them. Shocking dtuff.. Needless to say I'll not be ordering out of here again.. . Just a wee heads up if your going to order off them DON'T because if there's anything wrong with your order which which there will be There is 'nothing they can do. Well they will offer you 10%.off your next order or better still if you pay the taxi to bring the stinking food back over to them they will replace it free of charge.. Sure your just out another 10.00 on the taxi fair even after paying delivery but its all good because your going to get another batch of ROTTEN food to cover the first one.. No joke i have never heard nothing...

Rainbow Chinese has quickly become my new favorite sit-in Chinese restaurant in Derry. The food was packed with flavor—every dish was well-seasoned, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The portions were generous, and the menu had a great selection of classic favorites and house specialties.

The service was friendly and efficient, making our experience even better. Thanks Kaitlin. The only downside was that there was a noticeable draft in the restaurant, which made it a little less comfortable than it could have been. Hopefully, they can address this to make the atmosphere as enjoyable as the food.

Overall, highly recommended for a great Chinese...

Literally inedible and I'm gonna order food from somewhere else tonight instead of eating what I got. I previously ordered from rainbow Chinese and thought they were really good, this time however I was very disappointed. The food was unbelievably watery, lacked flavour and could hardly be called a sauce. Ordered wantons that were not at all wantons, there was no filling it was just fried wanton wrapper. I'm really sad because I thought this was going to be my regular Chinese takeaway but it is unlikely I would order from here again.
