Had a birthday party with my family and friends at chai shai . The food was absolutely wonderful from preparation to presentation ! very pleasing. Menu was perfect. Something for everyone. Service was awesome. Chai shai is a beautiful place to relax and meet friends and a great value for the price. All my friends enjoyed their shisha and desserts aswel . Thank you also for having the special gluten free item for my friends and I ‘ve tried the cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much Ali and Haroon for taking such wonderful care of my friends. You and your staff helped to make it that way . We’ll be back soon ! Spent almost 3 hours in here for an amazing breakfast with the husband and baby sister. I didn't catch the poor young workers name, but he was so patient and polite and dealt with all our requests with a smile, and the food and drinks just kept on coming! I had the anda omelette with matka chai, which was just as if i had got it from a bazaar back home it was spot on. The other two had desi breakfasts which they finished off no problem with matka chais.. my husband decided to have a mango lassi... then we noticed there were gol gappe on the menu 🤪 and then had to order... and then order again... and then to make sure we dont get an upset stomach we finished with a pot of mint green tea. Absolutely fantastic service! Been there just for some tea only for me to stay there for 2 hours in the parking lot watching a movie (You can also pop in and tell the staff what you want to watch!). I thought "let's try the shisha too" and let me tell you with the price point and the quality of the shisha, you simply can't go wrong. On top of the shisha I was offered 2 portions of biryani (probably the best I tried), a samosa chaat, a cup of pink tea and some desi tea in a wonderful clay cup COMPLETELY FREE! Better than VIP service no doubt....
