Waited over 1 hour for the food when I called to find out where it was ,as my screen went blank the girl said it had left. 30 mins later still waiting ,Rang back up they couldn't find my order then after a back and forth they found it . When I finally received it it was freezing and missing a item. Rang up to tell them to hear the girl say its her again and then said am telling you now you have received it. Bloody cheek ! They're so inconsistent with their food and portions. Solid bread and cold food, not to mention the times they forgot the food.

I remember phoning up because they forgot a sausage I ordered for the kids, and I heard someone laughing in the background. I mean I did pay for it and if you did your job properly I wouldn't have to piss about with it all.
