Taco Bell — Restaurant in Knowsley

Food for thought for Taco Bell.... based on how I was treated when trying to spend sterling English money, basically I want to know since there is taco bell in Scotland Glasgow would I be turned away if I tried purchasing food with a bank of Scotland sterling note? Probably not I'd think but I'll find out from head office, if not then I'd assume how I was treated today that since in Scotland I'd be turned away if I tried spending a bank of england note, again I think not but do you see the hypocrisy here in the Kirkby branch!!!!

Disgusting behaviour from a bunch of immature kids... whats has actually happened to society that they don't even know what their own sterling currency is in paper form 🤣 imagine being in the UK with sterling money and being turned away because some uneducated child given a managers position has never seen sterling on anything but a bank of england note 🤦‍♂️... are wages really that bad these days that people are so ignorant and uneducated or are the companies putting in discriminating policies Irish/scottish/Welsh nationalities trying to spend their UK STERLING CURRENCY!!! Whilst I love Taco Bell, US and love the Taco Bell in Sheffield this one was an absolute farce.

Vegan options were not marked nor available to buy as a single meal, they were also just thrown in next to the meat options which did cause one of the party, a vegetarian for religious reasons for over 10 years to fill his mouth with beef for the first time in who knows how long.

Meals all thrown together in one bag, by the time we'd figured out who's food was for who it was barely warm.

No drinks initially had to go back and get them.

Handed out nacho sauce instead of choclate source with the churros.

And honestly the food did not taste the same / right, maybe as it wasn't hot after the farce of trying to deconstruct whose food was for who, but I'm not convinced.

On the bright side every single visible member of staff wore a mask, unfortunately they wore them on their chins so they served zero purpose.

Also saw a worker handling food with only one glove on, and it was on the hand that wasn't handling food.

This restaurant needs to invest in training its people, they're obviously struggling and I get it, it's hard work and long hours in cramped conditions, we've all been there, but frankly, doesn't excuse the experience here at all.

Cross the road and order a KFC or a McDonald's because if you try this particular Taco Bell you'll sour them all with...

A splendid overwhelming wave of aroma washed over me as I entered the premises, tingling my nostrils with the herbs and spices sizzling through the air, my nose flaired. Upon entering further, experiencing the rather peculiar atmosphere, I succumbed to yet another gust of sensational euphoria. Nostalgia. Hearing the shouting, back and forth, the head chef in the back of the steaming kitchen, it reminded me of my time in America. Once upon a time I lived in Compton, the authentic, hectic experience is in itself, a sight to behold. However, this store was able to facilitate the empty void my dear store left behind. The food scintillated in the wrapper, the way the lights glistened of the meat. The combination of meals available, is enhanced with an authentic dining experience. People shouting, pulling at hair, oversized customers and hectic orders coming in left and right. Personally, Em B's review seems like a recipe for disaster. Her mention of her social media following and how she described the, what is most likely to be, an overworked, underpaid teenager; tells me this person has not experienced hardships and seeks short term dopamine boosts.
