Lone Wolf Bakery — Restaurant in Lancaster

Absolutely amazing cakes! Tried the: tahini and chocolate knot, lemon and blueberry scone, banana and chocolate blondie and the apple cake. Everything was beautifully made and the tahini choc knot we had fresh out the oven and it was delightful!!! The balance of flavours are perfect and the apple cake is moist but still fluffy, the blondie is rich and flavourful, the tahini was the perfect balance of tahini to chocolate and pulled apart so easily! The lemon and blueberry scone was superb too with an excellent texture and the blueberry flavour was recognisable which I don't always find with blueberry scones so it was a brilliant surprise!

Highly recommend and the interior is lovely too! Honestly made an amazing treat...

Rachael is a brilliant baker. Recently bought two birthday cakes from Lone wolf bakery. I simply asked for "Death by chocolate" for one and it exceeded expectations, a chocolate fudge cake with vanilla and chocolate frosting and chocolate ganache (not to mention the chocolate used for decoration). The second cake was biscoff and salted Caramel! Decorated beautifully and blooming delicious. Rachael even included a pot or salted caramel and a pot of chocolate decorations. Would thoroughly recommend as Lone wolf bakery is professional, the cakes are so yummy...

I've had goodies from Lone Wolf Bakery many times now, from both the shop and her days as a home baker/market trader. Every bake I've had from her has been excellent. Not just an acceptable sweet treat, but really delicious.

The shop offers good variety, and they mix things up with different options regularly. I like that there's often something a bit different on offer. They always have nice vegan options too. Easily one of my favourite places for cake...
