I had an absolutely terrible experience at Aisha’s Café. The food was shockingly bad—especially the chicken, which had a foul smell and tasted off. To make matters worse, the samosa we ordered was clearly stale, likely a week old, and smelled equally unpleasant. When we brought up our concerns with the staff, instead of addressing the issue, they rudely told us that our taste buds were the problem, not their food. This dismissive attitude, combined with the awful food quality, made for a truly disappointing visit. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We chose not to speak up more than once out of courtesy, even though the experience was disappointing. It’s unfortunate that instead of acknowledging the issue, you’re defending yourselves. If we had left the replacement untouched, it could’ve seemed disrespectful, and we didn’t want that. Our review is based on our experience, and we were hoping you’d focus on improving rather than suggesting we eat elsewhere. We’ve had good experiences here before, but this time wasn’t the same. Accepting feedback and striving to improve would better reflect the café’s reputation. The samosa was also stale and left untouched. A couple of customers’ taste buds may be off, but it’s unlikely everyone’s would be. Instead of defending, please take this as constructive feedback and work...
Read moreVisited 23.06.24 got veg breakfast. Partner got the full English breakfast. My hashbrows were cold from the centre. Frozen cold. Told the lady she said she will get me fresh hashbrowns. My partners food was also cold, his hashbrows, turkey rashes. As he informed the lady her response first was "What's cold this time?!" my partner told her and we even said u can touch the food its frozen cold. The colour on outside had changed but the cook is not cooked. She was huffing and puffing and said will get another plate sent out. Took the current plate back to kitchen. After 10mins my partners full english breakfast plate came out. I asked if my hashbrows were coming. The lady started to question this, then shouting across to the kitchen 'another 2 hashbrowns' infront of all the customers. Now now only was the lady rude. Her attitude reflected eat and go. No apology. We paid for this food. If the food is still frozen how can that be eaten. I have been there 3 times before and it's going downhill everytime I've come. Not worth the time and money. That was...
Read moreAisha Cafe offers an exceptional dining experience with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The venue itself is beautifully maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting space to enjoy a meal. The service from the staff was truly outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional, making the entire experience even more enjoyable.
I ordered the Nihari and Roghni Naan. The Nihari was absolutely delicious, rich in flavor, and had the perfect balance of spices, staying true to the authentic taste of Pakistani cuisine. However, the Roghni Naan did not quite meet expectations. While it was a slight disappointment, the overall combination of the meal still made it a satisfying and worthwhile experience.
The only downside is the pricing, which is on the higher side. That said, given the quality of service and the delightful flavors, it still feels like a worthwhile treat. If you're looking for an authentic Pakistani meal with great service, I would definitely...
