I ordered pizza deal 9 inch 3 pizza for £10 over the phone. When I get to the shop and asked for pizza he said they are not ready and asked me to pay in cash. I said sorry I don’t have cash. Than he said I can pay by card but I will have to pay £1.50 extra without any good reason. I said it’s not right. He said okay he will not served me and I felt very humiliated. Than I insisted I will pay by card whatever he want because it was raving outside and I didn’t want to go out to get cash. They guy is very rude. I would not recommend anyone...

SERVICE IS SO POOR,I Don’t KNOW THAT RUDE MAN WAS MANAGER OR NOT BUT HE DOESN’T CARE ABOUT BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER.I HAVE ORDERED PIZZA AND HE SAID ME ON 15 minutes I REACHED THERE AFTER HALF N HOUR MY PIZZA IS STILL IN THE OVEN AND WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT.THEN HE SAID IF YOU DONT LIKE THE SERVICE THEN YOU ARE NOT WELCOME IN SHOP… So i changed shop for pizza.WHEN I READ COMMENTS HERE ABOUT SERVICE THEN I CAME TO KNOW THAT I AM NOT ONLY PERSON WHO FACED THE RUDE BEHAVIOUR...

Very bad service, staff also not good the person who called himself as a manager is the owner over there, he is so rude and mean, he should learn how to attend customers, i saw they don't use fresh materials they use old materials to make meals, i will never recommend this...
