As a very adventurous person who likes to try new places and new recipes, from the day I entered Bisons, my adventure ended for just one reason, of all the recipes I have tried in all my adventures, NO ONE MADE IT BETTER THAN BISONS - Even the smallest and simplest of recipes like mashed potatoes and potatoes fires are turned into something extraordinary.

I have had burgers of different sorts and from different places, but you see the Angus burger served at Bisons, jezzzz mehn nothing comes close to it. Every bite is an absolute delight.

But it’s not just the food. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re welcomed with the warmest and most genuine smiles from Omar and Zak. While the entire team is incredibly helpful and kind, these two offer an experience you’ll treasure long after your meal.

And the owner? The humility that radiates from him is rare—something that could genuinely be studied.

Bisons is a MUST visit for anyone outside, in or around Roundhay and Harehills.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bison's Restaurant, and I must highlight the outstanding service provided by Zakariyah. From the moment we arrived, his warm demeanor and welcoming smile made us feel right at home.

Zakariyah's people skills are truly commendable. He was attentive without being intrusive, always checking in to ensure we were enjoying our meal and had everything we needed. Disappointing – Nowhere Near Beeston Branch Quality

I ordered from Bison Steak House through Uber Eats, expecting the same high-quality food I’ve enjoyed from the Beeston branch, but this was a huge letdown.

The chicken burger was dry, overcooked, and completely lacking in flavour. The bun was burnt, and the cheese had slid off, making it look and taste unappetizing. It felt like it was thrown together with no care.

The loaded fries were just as disappointing—they barely had any chicken, which made them feel like plain fries with a drizzle of sauce rather than a proper loaded dish. For the price, I expected much better.

Overall, this location does not match the standards of Beeston. The food lacked seasoning and quality, and it just didn’t taste like the Bison I know and love. If Bison wants to maintain its reputation, they need to improve consistency across all locations.
