Corner House Kitchen & Dessert Bar — Restaurant in Leeds

Ordered through Uber food took an hour and half from orders when I called to complain the girl put the phone down on me.

Further too the response from the owner I phoned 3 times in the space of 35 minutes. And on the 3rd time I said I wanted to cancel the order as I was told it was dispatched 35 mins prior and was concerned my order would be cold and I was told to wait till the order arrives and if it’s cold leave a review and was hung up on.

I appreciate that orders take time to be delivered but when I was told it was on the move the 11:55 and then it was delivered at 12:30 for a 5 minute drive (10 maximum if you include the ongoing roadworks which have been going on for over a month).

Further to this my orange juice on the order was missing aswell

We can go back and forth all day. But there was no misunderstanding the order was messed up, the delivery was up and your staff refused to cancel a reasonable request and hung up...

Received a friendly greeting at the door and were seated immediately. We ordered the meat and veggie versions of the Mediterranean breakfast between us (only difference being the sausage). We're keen foodies, and it's not an understatement to say that these were some of the best breakfasts we've ever had - all components of great quality and cooked to perfection, and the portion size was impressively generous (the salad could easily have been a side dish on its own) without being impossible to finish. The coffees and smoothies we ordered were equally fantastic, and everything was delivered to the table very promptly in spite of the place being almost full. The decor may not be much to write home about (not important to us, but perhaps to some), but the space was comfortable even though it was busy. PERFECT! There is no need to repeat that word because it applies to EVERYTHING. Desprate for a nice breakfast after landing at Leeds Bradford Airport. Googled for an all-day breakfast nearby and struck gold.

No waiting, seated straight away, the atmosphere is perfect, very relaxing. Ordered straight away and served very quickly. What you see in the pictures of the food is what you get, very well presented by quality staff. If you have not visited yet, when you do, I think you will be returning.40-minute drive for us, but we will be calling again. The Corner House puts many larger restaurants we have been to, to shame.
