Having eaten at the Adel restaurant several times and really enjoyed it we tried the Guiseley restaurant today expecting a very similar experience. We were sadly disappointed! The menu is different and there doesn’t seem to be as much choice, but the real disappointment was the food itself. We waited nearly half an hour for our food despite there only being one other table occupied who had already been served. We ordered two chicken fajitas and two chicken skewers. The chicken for all of us was beautifully cooked, but everything else was poor. The ‘salad’ consisted of limp leaves - clearly straight out of a supermarket bag - with no dressing. The bread which came with the skewers was half a baguette which seems a strange choice and the wraps with the fajitas again appeared to be from a supermarket packet. None of it bore any resemblance to the beautiful flatbreads served in Adel. The skewers came with a barbecue style sauce which again tasted like it was straight out of a bottle. The guacamole which came with the fajitas was definitely from a bottle, there was nothing fresh about it and the other sauce, which we assumed was supposed to be sour cream was just horrible. The chicken with the fajitas was just chicken, no peppers or onions. Apart from the chicken there was nothing fresh or appetising on any of the plates. It’s hard to believe that this restaurant, where the food was like that from a fast food chain, is in any way related to the Adel branch where the food is fresh and delicious. We definitely...

Drinks are way over priced. Was £6 for a bottle of beer and it came warm. When asked why it was warm they said it was because they had run out of ones in the fridge, so their solution was to give us warm beer. Starter were all really nice but again overpriced for what they are. We had so many issues with mains. Steak was overcooked and cold, we asked for another to be made which again was over cooked but at least it was hot this time. The chicken Tuana flavours are really good but again it came cold and it's £19 for a chicken breast, vegetables and cheese, there are no sides on it. Couldn't be bothered waiting for another one to be cooked as it did taste really good, was just cold. If they didn't serve the food on wooden boards this maybe wouldn't be an issue. The fajitas are terrible. It's chicken peppers and onions in a tomato sauce, nothing like fajitas and has no flavour what so ever. But they were at least hot. They've clearly spent a long of money on the decor and are trying to make up the costs by overcharging...

My friend and l had a lovely meal at Tuana in Guisely last night. As soon as you walk into the restaurant, straight away we were greeted by a warm and friendly gentleman. The staff are very welcoming. The place is pristine and the decor is simply stunning. You have so many delicious dishes to choose from the menu and the prices are reasonable. The food is outstanding compliments to the chef. The staff and service was impeccable and nothing is too much trouble they really go out of their way. The subtle music playing in the background really makes the atmosphere feel nice and relaxing. You will definitely have an enjoyable experience dining at Tuana. l highly recommended and it will certainly be a place l eat here on a regular basis with family and friends. Thank you to all the team at Tuana, great job you are...

We went out to Tuana in ,Guiseley, as a group of Fri a week before Christmas. They offered us a deal of mocktails, starter, and main. Aside from the initial glitches you get when you go out as a group, the service was very organised. The restaurant itself was cosy and well presented. I kinda felt a little shortchanged with the tiny starter of garlic mushrooms but was satisfied in comparison to my friends 2 pieces of halumi and a tiny salad! The main moussaka was hot and lovely. I tried my friends dish of meat pieces, and they were a tad bland. I think the portion of chops on the side was low .. and as you can see in the pic ..these are not chips as I pointed our to the waiter..we did get chips however 🤔. All I'm all they worked well with us 20 demanding women. I'd love to go back when they are less rushed.

This is a very good Eastern Mediterranean restaurant that knows what it is and sets about doing out very well. We were a party of four plus a 2 year old and the guys that run this place created a warm friendly, welcoming atmosphere, and in particular were great with a demanding and lively 2 year old. The menu is Turkish with a nod to other East Mediterranean cuisine . Everything was beautifully cooked and well presented without being over-fussy. The special mixed grill was fantastic. The two guys front of house very friendly and efficient. Wines from the bottom end of the list were great value quaffers. This is a welcome addition to the food scene in the area, and would recommend without reservation.

We dined at Tuana for the first time this weekend. We deliberately chose close to opening time to ensure that it was quiet. The refurbishment was beautiful and although only a few tables occupied, the atmosphere was lovely (noting that the music could have been a little quieter). The menu was extensive and advice given on dishes really helpful. The quality was good and plentiful. Excellent customer service - attentive without being intrusive. There were a few surprise and delights too. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will certainly dine here again.
