Came her for bottomless brunch after visiting many other pubs from the same chain for bottomless- unfortunately this was the worst one we've been to. There was a very large, loud party in at the same time also on bottomless brunch which meant service was really slow for drinks- the other group were prioritised and we had to keep asking staff if we could order more or even go to the bar to ask for someone to take our order. However, the staff were really friendly and did apologise on behalf of the other group once they'd gone. We had to preorder food, which wasn't an issue, but then waited a long time for it despite being asked if we were ready and then it was really poor quality. You can see the pizza was burnt. I've given this 3 stars because the staff did try and compensate for us waiting so long for drinks and they were much quicker once the large group had left.

The editors draught is a great pub to watch football and have a pint. The selection of beers on tap and bottled is really good. A selection of local Yorkshire beers. However, we ordered some food. It was a Saturday lunchtime, so I understand that it was busy, but we were disappointed in our food. We both ordered 'loaded' subs. We waited quite a while for them, the guy apologize for the wait, so that was ok. The subs were not loaded, by any stretch of the imagination. If we didn't order food, I would have given a 5 * reviews for editors draught, for just being a pub. The food let's it down.

What they've done with the name of the pub is used the 2 different meanings of the same word. Although they've gone for a kind of newspaper/writing theme which would use the word DRAFT, as in the first version of a piece of writing. Where as it sells DRAUGHT beer. Which might mean it's either a pun or it's all the result of a clerical error where someone meant to get a sign made with "editors draft" on it but someone wrote it down wrong. This played on my mind somewhat while I ate chips and had a pint, which is all I really wanted in the first place. Nice chips and a decent pint though.

How has this place got an average rating of 4.4? Drunken idiots, perhaps? What a joke of a place. I arrived, ordered a pint of Asahi, and was charged £12.80 for the privilege. The lass behind the bar didn’t even bat an eyelid. I sat down, checked the menu, and found - as hoped - the price to be for TWO pints. She’d hit the wrong button. Surely you’d register this? I honesty didn’t know what to think as prices in this country are so mental that you genuinely could get charged circa £13 for a pint. Anyway, the ‘jokes’ didn’t stop there…

I subsequently ordered a pizza, dip and chips via the online app. What I received was essentially a ridiculously thick, doughy slab of bread with a thin crust of cheese, a couple of pepperoni slices, and 7-8 jalapeños slices that’d clearly been dumped post bake. Wretched. The dip? Nowhere to be seen. The fries? £3.75 for a tiny bowl of nondescript potato strips. Pathetic.

I eventually received the dip, having had to ask at the bar. The quantity? Pitiful.

Any apologies for the many mistakes? Of course not.

Honesty, if this is what represents a 4.4 establishment in Leeds, I feel sorry for the city. Dreadful. I shall not...

one of the worst experiences I've had in a pub across UK. during classes break from Uni, me along other 5 colleagues decided to have lunch at this place, due to the fact that is next door to our university location. upon entering, we saw a table that was booked from 15:30 (we arrived at 14:00). we asked the waiter (the young blonde lady ) if we could sit at this table since our lunch wouldn't take more than an hour and she suddenly said that its not available. we asked if there is any other table available and she pretended not to hear us. we found another table across the room, which was not reserved or anything. we sat down and she pretended again she doesn't see us for a couple of minutes and then said that she doesn't have this table available either( clearly the table was available, not booked, the place was not crowded or anything) she was clearly annoyed by the fact that we are foreigners. no intention to accommodate us or ensure professionalism. clearly, i didn't expect racism to still be so obvious in a...
