I would like to give a big shout out to Ruth. I ordered a delivery through JustEat and there was a major delay in the delivery. My partner rang up the shop and spoke to Ruth who was nothing but helpful and considerate. She did everything she could to help sort the situation ensuring us the food would be made fresh when the delivery driver showed up (which wasnt until nearly 3 hours after I made the order). Although the shop wasn't at fault, she upgraded our drinks to large and gave us 4 free doughnuts for our inconvenience.
