Love this pub, don't get to call in very often, but when I do you're always warmly welcomed. Called in with my teenage lad, show him what a real old school pub looks like, full of charm, feels traditional, lovely open fireplace, big bay windows, a quality dartboard in the back room with decent lighting. Came here both Friday night and Saturday night, amazing DJ and karaoke king hosted by Martin, a fantastic night in a pub that was bouncing, lots of singers and plenty having a good time, we only stayed the weekend arriving Friday but was so good we went Saturday night too, and yes it was just as good the next time. We visited this place Friday to try the Karaoke as met Martin & his partner at a previous party venue. We had a lovely greeting and made welcome by the Landlord & the local's were very friendly.
