Kismat — Restaurant in Leeds

I have been a customer with Tariqis for 18 years and never experience their food that has been delivered on 2 occasions freezing cold and not eatable all. In all fairness the Manager did arrange for a new delivery and gave us papadoms free. The deliver man in question was very rude and said he didn't know this area and when I question the pizza been cold he told me that I could 'warm it up in a microwave' which was not very helpful and I was worried that my teenager boys would get food poisoning.

The deliver also admitted that he did not know the area and so he asked me 'where did I think he had been Chilli or Indian before he delivered the pizza to us. I was really shocked and I must say in the 18 years I have never experience any staff within Tariqis to be rude or unprofessional to me and treat a customer in such way. The deliver also reminded me when he delivered the new pizza again with a smirk on his face, while both teenagers boys were present that is manager told him that 'I could never order again'. I tried to explain to the manager but he said I used to be a good customer and he would not send any further deliveries and put the phone down. I am saddened but disgusted by the food been cold because a deliver doesn't know the area or house to deliver it to and then been abused by the deliver for a service you pay for. I ordered a make your own pizza from Tariq’s on Uber eats. I don’t eat meat. So I obviously did not add meat to my pizza. My pizza came with chicken, pepperoni and mince. I called to just say it’s the wrong pizza, can I have the one I ordered. I was shouted and screamed at by the manager. He kept telling me it was not his fault and that it was mine. right I honestly don't know where to start, first we walked into the restaurant and the man goes get out its 'kicking' in here go next door, so we listened to him and once we got next door it was like hell it stunk of dead bodies and raw meat as we placed the other the worker was very rude and had a foul breathe one I got so called 'monster' Donner my nostrils exploded the smell of raw eggs invaded my nose it was absolutely mental-LY disgusting, I sat down to eat I felt extremely sick and now I feel as if I have the CHAPPU virus!
