Santorini Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Leeds

Food look good and that is one thing I can say good about this place. We order Lamb musaka and Mixed Souvlaki. Musaka was ok but without any revelation could be a little bot warmer, but Mixed Souvlaki was very bad. For 21£ you will get 4 small pieces of chicken and Lamb i think , saying small pieces I mean a little bit bigger then nuggets. Meat was not seasoned and very dry. With this you will get cold rice and two tiny portion of tzatzyki and Salsa🤦‍♀️ we order as well for Mixed Souvlaki portion fries with we never get and on meantime we ask for them at least twice. Drink was served when we was on half way to eat food and as well after asking them where are our drink with we order together with food. Food was serve literally 10 minutes after we order so we was a bit sceptical if they are made fresh🤨 nobody come to us even once to ask if everything is ok. When we ask for bill missing portion of fries still was there so we ask for remove this and as well for removing service charge , coz they literally just take our order and bring food, waitress look at us like we literally at this moment slap her in face. I went in today, as it was looking great from the outside. To keep it short, the restaurant and the staff were amazing, I cannot complain.

But the food wasn't.

I have tried the chicken gyros and the portokalopita.

The chicken from the gyros was awful, as it seemed to have been boiled and then thrown in the pan to be fried. The spices used for it made it taste like sweat and the sauce was below average.

Portokalopita was a miss too. Pastry was raw and was sticking to the teeth. Also, there was too much orange zest inside of it.

Only the skin on fries were on point this afternoon.

To wrap it up, if you are going out just for drinks, then I recommend.

If you want to eat, try next door at Olympus, Mistreci, The Med or even El Greco, as they are on the same road.

The music was the only Greek thing inside that restaurant.

Never again.

Disgusting behaviour. I have never been mocked around by a restaurant before. I have made an order at 18:00 and the app said delivery would be by 19:00. Around 18:40 the driver called to tell me that he arrived, but he was not anywhere to be found, because he actually went to do another delivery. I called him and he did not reply, I have looked around for 30 minutes and he was still not there. An hour later (19:40) he called me again. I have refused the order through just eat. Totally garbage service and I would advice you to avoid. Worst Greek restaurant experience I have had in Leeds. Apparently, I cannot be refunded for this order so I will raise a red flag with my bank first thing tomorrow; besides having a 0 start service and behaviour I am also getting scammed out of 32£. Unbelievable.

It was not the lateness that disturbed me it was the disgusting drivers' behaviour. You can't just call your client and tell him 'I'm here' while you leave for another delivery and call him back...
