McDonald's — Restaurant in Leeds

A few months ago when I was an employee of a different store, I went here to order 2 employee meals. The young girl serving abruptly interrupted me when I was in the middle of telling her what I wanted. One of the meals I’ve asked for sausage and egg muffin meal with no egg and extra sausage (can’t get doubles on employee offers). She couldn’t understand a basic grill order despite explaining hundred of times to her. After I paid, I looked on my receipt to see she didn’t put down the grill order although she told me she did put it down on the till. Why lie though? She tried to snatch the receipt out of my hand to go and tell the kitchen and the person on oats that I wanted no egg and extra sausage. When I got my food, it was still a normal sausage and egg muffin. I took it back to the front counter to complain about that young girl not putting it through the till. Every other staff member understood what I wanted. I don’t get how a simple grill order cannot be put down on the till. I also don’t get why that girl lied to me. Not like I was asking for...

i´ve been in hundreds of Mcdonalds in many diffrent countries and always found the food to be good ! until i went to visit my sister in leeds and visited the white roses center! after waiting in line for 15 min the rude man behind the counter told us they had run out of milkshake at 1 in the afternoon i laughed and said to my sister thats a first a Mc donalds running out of milkshake! then came the collection after the woman screamed our order was ready we took it back to the table to find she had forgot to give us straws for the cola so i went up and said please could i have 2 sttraws you have forget to give me them! she just shouted " well i am sorry " at the top of her voice and through the straws down on the counter ::( the all experience just ruined my day. i will be writing to MCdonalds about this i know its a waste of time but it makes me feel...

came here to try and get the grimace shake because i've seen it on social media and wanted to try it out for myself, ordered it and then waited, my friend ordered a mcflurry after me and got her food first and i had to end up waiting nearly 10 minutes longer for one item. after they finally called my number out when i was starting to think they forgot me, i sat down to finally enjoy my drink and see what all the hype was about. but to my dismay the grimace shake was just cream with the faintest taste of blueberries, i stirred it, hoping to make it taste better for it to make it worse, not only is it flavourless but the consistency of the drink makes it almost impossible to drink through the paper straw. very unpleasant experience i'm not getting a grimace shake again. still in shock that i spent 3 whole pounds on a...
