Came here with my girlfriend and the Pad Thai and noodle soup were actually really good! The drinks and service were nice too, however the problem was we asked to get a dessert takeaway as they were about to close. We ordered the Durian sticky rice pudding to go and on our way home we noticed something smelt bad. When we opened it at home the smell was so awful I had to take it outside and I thought maybe the fruit is meant to smell like that so tried and it actually didn’t taste too bad which is when I realised it was in fact the rice pudding that was off like rotten yeast. I went back to the shop to simply let them know what happened so they can be more careful it doesn’t happen again as can make someone sick. I didn’t want to make it a big deal but the lady I think was the manager was being extremely rude making me smell the Durian fruits which I said wasn’t too bad and I was trying to explain the fruit was fine it was the rice pudding that was rotten. This lady wasn’t listening to me and another lady behind the kitchen started being rude to me as well saying they make the rice pudding fresh every day which is great but doesn’t make sense why mine smelt and tasted like rotten yeast. There was obviously a mistake we were given one that had been sitting there too long which is fine, it can happen but the way the staff handled it being extremely rude after serving a rotten item that can be serious is not okay. It’s a shame because I actually enjoyed it until this happened and now I do not recommend this place due to...

I actually really really love the food at this place, it is one of the best Thai places in Leeds (in my opinion)! The service on the other hand does leave something to be desired… went in on a Monday evening, asked for a table of 2 and we were sat down upstairs, the first of (later) 4 tables in that area. Two more tables of 2 and a table of 10 were seated near us, at least 5-15 minutes after us. The waitress in our area went to both tables of 2 before even coming to us, and then when I asked one of the waitresses if we could order she said ā€˜I’m very busy you can order when I’m ready’, but she clearly had time to take an order from the other tables (I am a waitress myself and I know that often we have a list of things that we need to do in our head and have to continuously re-prioritise as we go along, but that never warrants rudeness!). She then went to the table of 10 who had arrived WAY after us, and took their order BEFORE ours. I caught the eye of a second waitress and asked if we could order, she sort of sighed and said yes reluctantly.

When our food arrived we were not given napkins, cutlery or chopsticks and had to ask for them.

0 complaints about the food, it is always brilliant so props to the chefs! Might suggest eating from here as takeout instead of...

The rudest restaurant I’ve ever been to in the UK. The service was shockingly bad. We were seated at a cramped two-person table shoved into a corner right next to the toilet. I’m not even a large person and I literally couldn’t get into the seat. We politely asked if we could move to another table, and the staff refused.

I pointed out that two other guests (who happened to be white) were seated comfortably at a spacious four-person table. Why is that acceptable for them but not for us? Is this racial discrimination?

Only then did the staff reluctantly pull the two tables apart and let us sit down — no apology, no smile. Just as we were about to settle in, another waiter came over and said we couldn’t ā€œrearrange tablesā€ on our own, and told us to move back to the corner we couldn’t even fit into. I explained that it wasn’t us who moved the tables — it was their own colleague. He rolled his eyes dramatically and said ā€œfineā€ in the most condescending tone imaginable before storming off.

No service whatsoever. Then they came back again to tell us we had to leave our drinks outside. At that point, I had planned to order drinks from them, but their attitude was so rude and unwelcoming that we just left. Absolutely...

Ordered fish curry with fish balls with noodles and vegetables. Got a bowl of curry sauce (pure liquid) and a tiny bowl of noodles, with no fish at all and 2 tiny fish balls probably cooked from frozen. Beans and beansprouts were raw, cold, unseasoned. Meal that arrived at the table was not what was suggested from the menu or the price. Few quid more and you can get a whole fish... Ate it in about 4 mouthfuls and had to watch everyone else with better portions and nicer food. Not the type of person to kick off and make a scene but I'll just eat elsewhere from now on. Additionally, when it came to paying we couldn't get an actual receipt from the staff to look at and split the bill. Had to get a menu and look up all the prices of the dishes... Not sure if they were trying to overcharge or not. 2nd time I've been here and it's just not up to the level of the other Thai restaurants around Leeds. In terms of the food, the atmosphere, the service, and the price. It's poorly decorated and has very basic seating that's quite cramped. Go elsewhere imo if you're looking for a nice sit down meal.

Decided to try this place as it seems popular. Table for 2 was requested for me and my elderly mother. We sat downstairs and then told to move to the window area. There is very little room between seats and tables and not suitable for people with mobility problems or large body types. No sooner as we were seated for the second time and managed to look at the menu for less than three minutes, he wanted us to order. I ordered the "famous" no68 floating market noodle soup with beef/pork with meatballs. I ordered the pork version. There was one white rubber ball made of what maybe tofu at a guess, a knuckle bone and rubber pork with lots of fat and gristle and hard beansprouts that I first thought was bone. Also, a can of 7 up for 2.50. The flavour of the dish was bland. Seemed in a rush to get as many people in and out as fast as possible. Very dissatisfied, to say the least. £15 wasted. Will definitely not be going again.

Very reasonably priced food, myself and my mum visited on the 11th of September and were met with a warm reception and seated in their upstairs section. The decoration seems to be authentic, though my experience is limited to cafes and restaurants in Britain as opposed to Thailand. Now on to the food! We both took advantage of their current offer, which is a starter and a main course for £7.50, we were pleasantly surprised to discover these came out on the same plate! The picture is of my meal, to start I had chicken satay, which came with a peanut sauce, and for main I had beef pad thai, served with crushed nuts. The food was delicious and served very promptly, the only downside I could see was the cost of the drinks! It was £1.50 for a can of 330ml tango, and the same for a can of Diet Coke Altogether would highly recommend and looking forward to a return visit
