Pizza Crust — Restaurant in Leeds

Absolutely awful if I could give it less than 1/5 stars I definitely would. Got two burgers both had no cheese in which is weird, why wouldn’t a burger have cheese in? I had to reheat them both myself and the salad in the burger was pathetic it looked brown, soggy and disappointing. When I originally called to say I wasn’t happy with the food they seemed okay with getting it all cooked again and sent to me within half an hour. They rang back started to argue with me about how the food wasn’t cold when I received it and then rang again telling me they want the food I haven’t eaten back which lucky for them I didn’t throw away already. 45 mins past, mind you I hopped to the window every 10 minutes because I was still starving, I rang them to see how long it would be, they man on the phone seemed to not have a clue what I was on about, he seemed to pretend to not understand what I was saying. They ended up hanging up on me, I kept ringing back obviously I didn’t understand what the problem was? They kept picking up and hanging up straight away this went on for about 10 minutes, I guess I’m not getting my food and whatever I did eat of the food I got is not sitting well so thanks pizza crust, I’m very hangry and I’m ringing back btw. Ordered 2 pizzas, deep dish. Arrived on time but very thin pizzas plus 1 was undercooked. Called them but was turned away because the manager was out for 20min. Called back after 20min to ask for a solution but manager was not in at till midnight this time. After a 10min discussion "because they never undercook a pizza" they reluctantly offered to send a replacement pizza in return for the undercooked one. Waited for an hour, no pizza. Called again "your pizza is now on your way, nice and warm". Waited another hour...still no pizza. Called once more, restaurant closed.... What a way to treat a customer. I will never order from here again and advise everyone to avoid this place at all cost. I don't accept being lied to...

Asked for doner kebab and chips with chili sauce and garlic mayo, was charged £4.50. When the kebab was ready there were no chips - I asked and the guy said chips were not included. I said he overcharged me, he said £4.50 was correct. I had to get his own menu and show him where it said doner kebab was £4.20, then he finally refunded the 30p. I then noticed there was no garlic mayo on it - i asked for some and he mumbled from the back of the room that he had none and wouldn't even turn round to talk to me.
