I came here on friday with 5 other people and we sat down at a table that was available. We were all sat having drinks, paying customers. I went to the bar to get another drink and come back to find the waitress had took my chair and when we questioned her about this. She was EXTREMELY rude, and said well you haven’t booked the table and I need the chair for another table that has been reserved. Made me feel absolutely unwelcome! While the rest of my friends were still sat down she took the chair! And said I don’t care if someone’s sat here. So she took a chair from another paying customer and said I couldn’t sit there anymore cos she needed my chair for someone else, and didn’t offer an alternative until we asked to speak to the manager. Just basically said these people other customers are more important because they booked. Well we sat at a table that was AVAILABLE when we came in and surely she should have sorted the other table for the other customers in advance if they booked! Seriously to take a chair off another customer for someone else?! When we were already sat on the available table and had been for at least 20 mins buying drinks. The table wasn’t reserved. Absolutely disgusting customer service. And the waitress was the most rude person I have ever come across. No customer service skills whatsoever. Will definitely not...

Drinks and food here are good, but our night was ruined by an incredibly rude member of staff. My friend and I were sat at a table (which had no reserved sign on it) and he came over and rudely stated "this table is reserved, you need to move." I asked what time the table was reserved from and was told "now." I asked if we could have some time to finish our drinks, to which I was told "no," and he picked my drink up off the table and held it in his hand as he stood over me in an intimidating manner. I asked him to please give me my drink back as it was still half full and he handed it to me and I put it back on the table. At this point he whisked my drink away from me and took it half way across the bar and put it down on a shelf. Obviously I went to retrieve my drink as it was a half full expensive cocktail and I didn't want to risk leaving it unattended and at risk of being tampered with in the busy bar. He then physically blocked my path back to the table. At this point my friend and I left. I've got no problem with tables being reserved but there was no sign on the table and I would expect to have been given some notice before being asked to vacate the table. The man was very intimidating in his verbal manner and his physical presence - I'd expect better than bullying tactics from a member of staff...

This place completely ruined an 18 year olds birthday. It's should get -50 stars. The food was cold and horrible. I couldn't even eat mine. A lot had to eat theirs due to drinking. We sat down at the table late, but once we the clock ticked a second over some jumped up little girl who had most likely been given a little bit of power that had definitely gone straight to her head told one member of the group that we needed to leave the table. The person said OK, but we had just been served some drinks. We asked if we could stay at the table as we were all wanting to buy a round each. There were 11 of us. Nobody said anything in reply, so we thought it was OK. There wasn't anyone else waiting for the table. The girl then proceeded to bring security over to remove us instead of telling us that it wasn't possible. It completely ruined the night, and the girl whose birthday it was wanted to go home as she didn't want to go out if that was how you got treated. So, a massive THANK YOU for ruining her birthday. NEVER BOOK HERE. Save your money and find a better place with nice staff who answer your questions instead of getting security onto you. I have had to put one star as it won't let me post otherwise.
