Be At One - Greek Street Leeds — Restaurant in Leeds

I am writing to complain about the unacceptable customer service received over the phone when enquiring about a booking for your Leeds bar. I originally had a booking for 2nd April and wanted to move it to 16th April.

When I originally spoke to someone about it i advised I would call back with a date. I then called back a few days later and spoke to a man who was lovely and told me that there was availability on 16th so I chose a new time slot. A few days later I received an email regarding my previous booking on 2nd which confused me as I thought it had been changed so I called back and enquired.

A lady answered the phone and advised that I had 2 bookings, so I explained how I phoned up before and wanted to change the booking to the 16th thinking this had been done. But during my explanation, the lady I spoke to rudely interrupted me and told me I was wrong and I did it online basically calling me a liar. From then on, she constantly spoke over me and when I asked her for her name, she ended the call and hung up. I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was spoken to and I am thinking of cancelling completely and going elsewhere. I have a booking for 5 people for bottomless brunch, maybe more and I feel it would be a shame for us to have to cancel but I feel it’s only right I stress to you how unprofessional some of your staff can be...

Tried this one on Greek street for the first time and it was a terrible experience. The guy serving us had a really bad attitude and it felt like he didn't want our custom. The drink i wanted he said they had ran out of one of the ingredients, so I asked if he could just make it without that ingredient or something similar and he just said no! As I was feeling rushed I just had to reluctantly choose something different quickly. Needless to say it tasted awful and neither mine or my partners cocktails tasted like they had any alcohol in and were both just mainly ice! My partners cocktails were far too sweet so she just had to leave them. Since it was such a bad experience and we didn't want to spend any more of our money here we decided to try the one up at millennium square instead... which was polar opposite! All the staff seemed happy to be there, the atmosphere was better and the cocktails actually had alcohol in them and tasted good. We booked be at one yesterday for my friends hen do. This was booked in February 2025. We called to see if we could deliver decorations and asked kindly if they would set them up for us so when we got there it was all done. On Wednesday, 3 days before the hen do, I then travelled which takes a hour by car to drop the decorations off and confirmed with them that they would decorate for us and they said yes. We got to the bar and she handed over the bags of decorations and we had to do it ourselves. The bride to be had to wait outside for 15 minutes so we could do this, the bar wasn’t even busy, I would have completely understood if it was and they didn’t have the time, however they confirmed twice that they was going to do it for us.
