Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Leeds

Wow shocking service on several occasions now. Most recent, could not hear a word the girl was saying, but everything I asked about a product she didn't know. Man behind her just grunted with his back to us.....Second of all why do the frappes from this store not taste of anything. Visited Kirkstall Road and Thornburg and they're all far better. And to finish I paid for extra caramel drizzle.....well there was less on it than what I would normally get at either of the above mentioned drive throughs. Spacious cafe which has WiFi and seems to attract a steady flow of customers. The service was formal and quick. No waiting service. I wasn't informed my order was ready to collect from the end of the counter. I had to go and query. There is limited Starbuck merchandise for sale. My drink was lovely and there is plenty of choice of food and drink available. A Starbucks is a Starbucks, and there are definitely better coffees out there. For any Americano drinkers, I'd recommend the Blonde Roast for a less 'burnt' and smoother tasting brew.
