I recently visited Mr T's in Leeds, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience from start to finish. The restaurant not only offers a warm and inviting ambiance but also serves some of the most delicious food I've had in a long time.

Let's start with the pizzas—absolute perfection! The Peri peri Chicken Pizza was a flavor explosion with its tender chicken chunks, aromatic spices, and peri peri sauce. The Spicy Chicken Balti pizza had just the right amount of heat, complemented by succulent pieces of chicken. And for my vegetarian friends, the Veg Supreme pizza was a medley of fresh vegetables and a harmony of flavors that truly impressed.

Aside from the incredible pizzas, the TMT milkshakes were an absolute delight. They were thick, creamy, and packed with flavor. From classics like chocolate and strawberry to unique combinations, they catered to every milkshake lover's taste buds. A must-try for sure!

Oh, and let's not forget the cheese loaded French fries. Crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, they were generously topped with gooey melted cheese, creating a mouthwatering treat that's hard to resist. Perfect for cheese lovers like me!

Now, let's talk about the service. Diana, our server, went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. Absolutely Appalling Experience – Staff Rude to a Child

I’m extremely disappointed and upset after visiting this restaurant with my three children, aged 10, 2, and 16. What was meant to be an enjoyable family meal turned into a distressing experience, particularly for my 10-year-old, due to the unacceptable and rude behaviour of the staff.

The children’s meal came in a box with a word search activity, which clearly stated that completing it would earn the child a free ice cream. My 10-year-old completed the word search correctly, and both adults present double-checked it – the word in question simply did not exist in the puzzle. Despite this, the staff sent him back not once, but twice, making him feel embarrassed and unsure of himself.

The third time, my son calmly explained that the word wasn’t there. Instead of listening or acknowledging the issue, the staff insisted he empty his box of nearly untouched food to prove he had finished – even though it was obvious the puzzle was flawed. They again refused to give him the promised reward, treating him rudely and dismissively in front of other customers.

The service was absolutely dreadful, and their approach to dealing with a child was completely unacceptable. My son left the restaurant visibly upset and actually cried in the car on the way home. As a parent, I find this behaviour shocking – no child should be humiliated over a promotional activity, especially when the mistake lies with the restaurant.
