Tandem — Restaurant in Leeds

This was an interesting experience but not a great one. We were a party of 3 adults and a 2 yr old. We squeezed into a corner outside the loo and a guy sat opposite on a 4 seater table and we thought he was the owner as he was instructing someone repairing a bike what to do. The bacon and avo sandwiches were ok and the coffee ok but waiting in such a congested space didn't work. As we left we spoke to the guy who was the owner and found that the guy on the 4 seat table was a customer who was a pretty inconsiderate git. I think this is the best coffee in Meanwood. And also a lovely shop with beautiful plants, homewares, cards and locally-made jewellery. Great for sprucing up your place or finding a nice gift for someone else. They also serve really nice sweet and savoury treats to take away, with vegan options. Not our 'normal' type of cafe, but enjoyable nevertheless. We had a selection of their sandwiches and all were freshly prepared. There was salmon, chicken and brie with various fillers.
