Kerry and Nick lead a very efficient and polished team with great energy and speedy service. Sammy was our server for breakfast yesterday and he was very kind and incredibly helpful in providing additional food options (e.g. gluten free toast) for those in our party who were limited by their allergies. Sam was also amazing in his service today and yesterday, helping with many requests without even blinking an eye. I’m very impressed by the cook, Matt who handled his own very well today. The food was even more delicious today and that’s quite a feat considering it was so busy and Matt was the only chef in the back. This whole team brought their A-game today especially when an expected amount of 40 guests turned out to be far more than this due to guests coming to eat who weren’t already registered for breakfast. The team kept up with their amazing service and all with smiles on their faces. Customer service experiences first thing in the morning could very well make or break someone’s day and they absolutely made it and then some. Well...

Wow! Is all I can say! I was very impressed with the breakfast service provided here at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Leeds! Your traditional breakfast items are available, along with multiple choices of how you like your eggs- poached, scrambled or fried! Plates are warmed. All the food was warm and fresh! Keeping buffet style food looking good and at a good temp is difficult, and this was well managed! Mugs for your morning beverage of choice- also warmed! I love this touch! For the more continental lovers, there’s a lovely selection of pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses and meats including fish! Fruit juices also available, and those that are wanting something like an eggs Benedict, that can be ordered for a small supplemental charge. The staff are very friendly and attentive, making sure you have anything and everything you need. To say I was very impressed is an understatement! After a fab nights rest and this magnificent breakfast, I’m ready to set on my touring and exploring...

I'm always so pleased with the breakfast experience at TAP. Kerry is an incredible supervisor, who kept completely cool and on top of things during a morning when 40 booked and probably 200 showed (& don't forgot the one broken coffee machine). Hardly anyone had to wait longer than a few minutes to be seated because Kerry, Nick, and team were clearing tables like pros.

I also want to give a shout out to Chef Matt, who kept up with the insane amount of extra customers, as well as Sam, Jerry, and Isabel who provided excellent support and had great dispositions.

Special shoutout to Sammy, who, the day before, worked night/breakfast/night again with very little break in between any of them. He also provided excellent service.
