I recently had the pleasure of dining at *The Alchemist Trinity*, and I must say, it was an experience worth remembering. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for the entire evening. **Food**: The food was simply fantastic! Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, with rich flavors and fresh ingredients that truly stood out. Whether you’re a fan of classic dishes or looking for something a bit more creative, the menu offers a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. I was particularly impressed with the presentation of each course – it was clear the chefs take pride in their craft. **View**: What truly elevated the experience for me was the stunning view. The restaurant offers a fantastic vantage point, perfect for soaking in the surroundings while enjoying your meal. Whether you visit during the day or at night, the view adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience. **Service**: The service was top-notch. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was just right. They made me feel welcome and comfortable, without being overbearing, which added to the relaxed ambiance of the evening. **Music & Atmosphere**: The background music was well-chosen, adding a vibrant yet laid-back feel to the restaurant. It wasn’t too loud, which allowed for easy conversation, yet it created a great mood throughout the night. The decor itself was modern yet cozy, with subtle touches that made the space feel special without being overwhelming. Overall, *The Alchemist Trinity* is a wonderful place to dine, whether you're looking for a casual evening out or celebrating a special occasion. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and a captivating atmosphere makes it a spot I would highly recommend. It’s well worth the price, and I can’t wait to visit again!

I have come over to the Alchemist after work during the restaurant week which means that for smaller price than usual but adjusted menu, I could enjoy a 3 course meal for just £20 and for an additional £10, I have tried Lost in translation drink. For my starter, I have went with fried shrimp which was divine, especially when dipped in the mayo that it was served with. For my main, I went with chicken katsu which was also cooked to perfection and it was really tasty. For my dessert, I have chosen next level brownie which was really warm and served with some tasty sides like caramel. Definitely one of the better desserts I had in Leeds. I must say, that The Alchemist is at the very least worth a try with tasty food but the amazing variety of drinks are the true highlight and everyone should be able to find something for themselves. Restaurant and Bar sections are separated so you can enjoy the food without the nosiness usually associated with bars. The view looked good during the day but it must really shine during the night and/or around Christmas when the streets are lighten up and you can look over them. There is also open air space available but due to the weather, I have not tried it. Finally, one of the highlights for me was amazingly friendly and helpful staff with whom I was really impressed.

Full disclosure, it was the 40% discount that they're offering right now that encouraged us to visit as it's not really a place that would normally be on my radar but we were all pleasantly surprised by the experience. On arrival my fears about the place were confirmed, it was very busy, the music uncomfortably loud and the other patrons predominantly fashion-forward beautiful people in comparison to my middle-aged frump but the deeper we went in the more acceptable it became. The dining area at the back is much more pleasant than the bar. Unfortunately the music was still a bit OTT which then meant fellow diners had to talk loudly but I'm probably more sensitive to this stuff, you might not even notice. What's important is the food and service, both were exceptional. I was impressed with the speed of the service but also the quality of the food, I'd been concerned that my chicken burger only had a single thigh listed on the menu but that chicken had been working out, it was a generous size and very moist. The other dishes ordered were all of a good quality, portion sizes generous and apart from a chocolate that came out melted because the slate it was served on was hot it was a great experience... apart from the noise :) I'd probably revisit, even without the 40% deal.

The Alchemist Trinity is a remarkable bar that offers a captivating atmosphere and visually stunning cocktails. I opted to try their non-alcoholic beverages, seeking a cozy spot to read a book on the outside rooftop terrace. The bartender was incredibly helpful and provided prompt recommendations based on my preferences. I ordered off the menu, guided by their expertise.

The drink selection was diverse and intriguing, with an array of flavors and unique presentations. Each concoction was expertly crafted, combining different ingredients and techniques to create a delightful sensory experience. The bartender's recommendations proved to be spot-on, as the drinks I tried were exceptional in taste and presentation.

I a custom-made drink created just for me. The bartender now mixologist showcased his skills and creativity, resulting in a fantastic and personalized beverage that exceeded my expectations.

As I didn't sample the food at The Alchemist, I cannot provide any comments on it.

It's worth mentioning that the atmosphere at The Alchemist Trinity is vibrant and energetic. The stylish decor, dim lighting, and lively music create an ambiance that is both inviting and engaging. It's an ideal place to unwind, enjoy a drink, and immerse oneself in the surroundings.

Overall, The Alchemist Trinity is a must-visit for those seeking a unique and visually captivating beverage experience. Whether you're enjoying non-alcoholic cocktails, like I did, or exploring their alcoholic offerings, the bartenders' expertise and creativity...
