Wingstop Leeds Boar Lane — Restaurant in Leeds

A bit overpriced for what you get.. I went to check the establishment out, as I was with family and thought let's give this place a go. We entered and queued up to place an order. There is good signage telling you what they have for sale. The staff are extremely professional and very helpful. We took a numbered sign to the table after the order was placed and sat down in the seating area, which there is plenty of. There are toilets but only one normal toilet space and one disabled toilet space. If you order a drink, it's from a machine with ample choice of refreshments, and you can go back for a second refil in this store, which is good. When the food arrived, it did look succulent, and it was. Was tasty and spicy as I do like my hot and spicy food. But I thought for the price of, ×12 chicken boneless bites, ×3 tender fillets with, Hot Honey Sauce, and a drink came to over £20, which I was quite shocked about, as the portions aren't that big, tasty yes, big No. Overpriced for what it is in my eyes could be cheaper for what you get. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad place, and the food is good. It's just the price. Might go back in the future, never know.. The last thing I will say is that the music in the establishment was FAR, too loud!. I couldn't hear myself think over the UK drill music that they had playing, not my cup of...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wingstop on Bore Lane in Leeds, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, bursting with flavor, and perfectly cooked. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste that left me craving more.

The atmosphere at Wingstop is vibrant and lively, making it a fantastic place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. The energy in the restaurant is infectious, adding to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

What truly stood out during my visit was the outstanding service, particularly from Aakriti. She went above and beyond to ensure that our dining experience was top-notch. Aakriti was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Her warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and passion for customer service, and Aakriti efforts did not go unnoticed.

Overall, Wingstop on Bore Lane in Leeds exceeded my expectations in every way. With delicious food, a lively atmosphere, and exceptional staff like Aakriti, it’s a place I highly recommend and look forward to...

Not a reflection on the staff or food, but a reflection on the customer service as a whole from the company. I ordered a click and collect order on 07/07 and they missed out my voodoo fries and I called up and they said they’ll process the refund. 2 weeks later, still no refund or response to my emails from customer service, they’ve basically just taken customer money without providing the food. Horrible service from the company who just won’t get back to me and keep saying ‘we’ll be in touch’ and almost 2 weeks later still no response, no actual help via instagram either after they said they’ll look into it. Make sure you check your order or you’ll never get your money back :)

review edit, the head of marketing did reach out to me on 02/08 regarding this and gave a voucher which covered the missing food and much more, he was a pleasure to speak with and i used this on Saturday in store with no problems. The food was lovely, everything was perfect. The only area of improvement is the amount of seating, you do feel a little like a meerkat in a zoo with everyone waiting to take your seat 😂...
