Sunday lunch was recommended, so booked 16th November for Sunday 17th November. Will not serve drop-in customers who have not Pre-booked! My husband ordered the Sunday Roast, I ordered smaller portion. The pub had no Pinot Grigio so had Chardonnay. In a word "disgusting", as was the meal. All vegetables from frozen. Roast potatoes from frozen. The beef had a disgusting smoked taste -again not fresh. Probably from pre-packed prepared meat. In short my dogs ended up with the meat. Ambiance in the pub - despite re-reurb - frankly poor. Would not return, complete appauling...
