The Otley Burger Company — Restaurant in Leeds

My daughter got married two weeks ago held at CB in Otley. Instead of having a sit down meal for the evening guests, my daughter and her husband opted for a more simpler and easier , hassle and stress free but rather something different for the guests. They hired the Otley Burger Company. It was really nice and easy, more relax as all the guests had to do was go to the van, order the burger of their choice and collect it ten minutes later. With the weather which was also nice, we enjoyed our burgers and chips sat outside enjoying the sunshine and sunset at the same time. Two weeks later we are still raving about it. Heard good things about the food so stopped off here.

1 star speaks for itself really. Nothing about any of the food tasted fresh, so I'd be surprised if any of it was. Very much like supermarket ingredients cobbled together like most people do at home (think frozen chicken tenders and chips / football stadium burger patty).

The icing on the cake was that I felt sick shortly after, so it's not great to see an earlier review claiming food poisoning.

In comparison, some great burgers I've had recently are from places like Stacked in Holmfirth, 42's in Ossett, WYB over Manchester way, and Salter & King...

Grabbed a couple of burgers and a side of topped fries whilst me and a mate grabbed a few drinks from Brew York..... And just wow. These burgers are amazing. £9 for a burger is arguable, or even questionable given its a burger...... But it was soooo worth it. Probably one of the nicest burgers I've had for a very long time. Full of flavour and...
