Cucina The Pizzeria — Restaurant in Leeds

Bought food from here on tuesday. We ended up finding a hair in the chicken kebab, we informed them on this to be told we could get it for free the next time we place an order. So I rang up today to place the order to be told by the manager that he thinks I'm lying and he will have to talk to the manager that I spoke with on Tuesday. I then got a call back telling me that I could have my food for free this time but if they get another complaint from me they would not be taking anymore orders from me.. definitely not the way you should be speaking...

I wouldn't go quite as far as the other reviewer but the pizzas we ordered and which were delivered were of a very high quality. I like stone backed thin and crispy base, these pizza bases do seem hand made and are of an excellent quality. The toppings were of a good variety and one meat eater and three veggies were more than satisfied. I would highly recommend this and a compliment in itself is that I will order from them again. They are extremely good value at about half the price of a franchise named after a game with wooden chips...

Waited over 2 hours for food and still not arrived called 1 and a half hours in to be told it would be 10 minutes when they clearly didn't have the order as took full order and address again! Would of rather been told the truth that it was misplaced rather than lied to and still sitting waiting for food to arrive atleast I could of chosen to order elsewhere!
