We arrived and there were queues out the door so we knew it was going to be busy however we were served quickly. When we ordered, we were told food was going to be 30 mins wait which we accepted as the restaurant was busy. However 45 mins went by and we still didn’t have our food. The server came and was very apologetic about our wait and told us the burgers were taking a while so would we like the rest of our food which we said yes to. The server was amazing doing her best in a difficult situation where she was the only one serving a very busy restaurant. We were then brought some of our food with complimentary fries. Unfortunately some food was cold and fries had to be sent back. This is due to the food just sat on the side while waiting for the burgers. We then waited a further 10 mins for the burgers to come out which we were expecting to be hot because they were delayed however when we received them they were lukewarm. I can’t fault the server as she did everything she could however the system isn’t efficient as there is food sat there going cold with no one to sort it. We have visited other wingstop and had amazing experiences and piping hot food however wouldn’t recommend visiting here...

I’m honestly sick and tired of Wingstop constantly being out of burger buns. What is the point of advertising your so-called “Big Flavour Burger” if you never have the buns to serve it?! This isn’t a one-off issue – it’s become a running joke. Every time I show up excited to order the burger, I’m met with the same excuse: “Sorry, no buns today.” Are you serious?
It’s basic stock management. How hard is it to keep burger buns in stock, especially on weekends or peak times? It’s not some rare ingredient flown in from the Himalayas – it’s a burger bun! You’d think a place known for chicken burgers would prioritise having what’s needed to actually make them.
I don’t want apologies. I want the burger I came in for. If you can’t get the basics right, stop putting the burger on the menu or at least put up a sign before people waste their time.
Sort yourselves out, Wingstop Kirkstall. This is beyond...
Read moreI recently visited Wingstop at the Cardigan Fields location in Leeds and had the pleasure of being served by Shilpa. From the moment I walked in, Shilpa greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, making us feel welcome.
She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering her recommendation for us to try the new ‘Hot Honey Glaze’ flavour and high was rich and had a kick to it. Her service was prompt, and she ensured that our order was correct and to our liking.
Shilpa's positive attitude added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and values customer satisfaction.
I highly recommend visiting Wingstop Leeds Cardigan Fields and hope to be served by Shilpa again in the future. Definitely will...
